Meet Dr. Monte Alton, Chiropractor in Mukilteo, WA

From Injured Athlete to Chiropractor
As a youth, Dr. Monte was always involved in sports and played soccer at Monroe High School. In junior high, he was injured playing football, and that injury led him to chiropractic. He found relief not only from the injury itself but also from the everyday physical demands that sports placed on his body. Contact sports can knock the spine out of alignment and lead to headaches, backaches, leg pain, and more. Chiropractic care restored his alignment and gave him freer, pain-free movement.
That experience, along with his passion for helping others, inspired him to make chiropractic his profession. He earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, in 2013, where his studies deepened his commitment to natural, drug-free healing. Today, his background as an athlete shapes his approach to sports chiropractic and sports injury treatment.
